This home is tucked into the hillside overlooking Mary’s Lake and has many features including granite countertops, 2 family rooms, 2-car garage, Wi-Fi, gas grill, hardwood floors, a 5 piece master bath, LCD HDTV with DVD, phone, gas fireplace, gas grill, D/W, W/D, and AC . They don’t make homes much nicer than this. An ideal place to spend your vacation.

Cancellation Policy
In the event that the Tenant cancels the reservation for any reason, a 5% cancellation fee will be charged. If the cancellation occurs less than sixty (60) days before Check-In Date, all monies paid by Tenant will be forfeited if the Rental Property is not re-rented by the Check-In Date. Ponderosa Realty will make all reasonable efforts to re-rent the Property by the Check-In Date.
Deposit Policy
50% payment is due at the time of booking, if booked 60 days or more from check-in date. 100% payment is required for reservations booked less than 60 days from the check-in date.
The balance of the total cost is due 60 days before check in occurs.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was great - we liked that the space is split among multiple levels, so it was easy for our family to spend time together when we were feeling it, and also easy to find a quiet spot to wind down at the end of the day. We particularly appreciated the spacious kitchen that had everything we needed (including spices) to prepare meals while we were there. We'd love to stay here again.
We had a wonderful time on our stay! The house was clean, spacious, and had a beautiful Mountain View. We enjoyed the convenience of being close to town without actually being right on the main stretch. We would absolutely stay again!
The home was beautiful inside, clean, and well-located, with a great view. Although the home was air conditioned, it was only needed for a few hours each day. Washing detergent, bath soap, shampoos, dishwashing detergents, paper towels, and toilet paper were all furnished. Even premium coffees with sugar was provided. There were plenty of utensils, plates, cups, and glasses and cooking hardware. We enjoyed our stay very much. The only real negative was the kitchen being on the second floor, requiring all groceries to be carried up the stairs.
