Very clean apartment near downtow Estes Park, CO. Easy walk to downtown.

The space was very cozy, clean and with everything we needed. We very much enjoyed the fireplace and porch.

Great location, cozy place. Only few miles to park entrance and walking distance to main attractions in town.

Great location for easy access to Rocky Mountain National Park and perfect for walking into town for shopping and restaurants.

Fantastic place! There was plenty of everything in the condo! We did not have to contact Ponderosa for anything.

Nothing really stood out especially. It was fine. No need for AC. The nice features include elk in the front lawn and a picnic table by the small stream. It is peaceful. There is a popular restaurant very close and walkable. Lots of fake flowers which I’m not a big fan of. The common hallway was not very clean. Next time I might choose a motel.

Wonderful place and great location to town and RMNP.

The location of this unit is perfect for RMNP and downtown Estes Park. The unit is spotlessly clean and well equipped. We really enjoyed the balcony overlooking the mountains and river. Though we were there in August, we were quite comfortable opening the sliding door and window, catching the cool evening breezes. Overnight was actually a bit chilly with the window open.

Bed, linens, bathroom, soaps/shampoos were of great quality.

We would stay here for future visits to RMNP.

Enjoy our stay in this very comfortable condo. We loved the location being walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants. We enjoyed watching 18 elk in the back yard one evening. This condo was the perfect place to relax at after a day of hiking and sightseeing. Had everything we needed to feel at home while enjoying such a beautiful area!

Great host. Easy check-in and check out. Reasonable rules of the house.

Easy to get everywhere

The place was homey and was stocked with everything we needed ranging from blankets, towels, and kitchen appliances. This allowed my friend and me to have an enjoyable stay at Estes Park where we were able to cook and enjoy the nature while traveling. Our only problem is that the cleaning supplies smell (upon arrival) reminded us of the airplane which wasn’t great. Other than that, no complaints from our end.

Condo was very comfortable and quiet. Kitchen was well equipped. Location is great - very convenient to RMNP and easy walk to Estes Park.

Awesome location. Minutes from RMNP and a quick walk to downtown Estes Park. Very cozy, felt like home. Already planning a return trip.

We had a very relaxing stay! The balcony is right on the little river that runs through Estes Park—we spent so much time sitting outside listening to the water and looking out at the mountains. Perfect spot to watch the sunset while enjoying dinner.
The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking—there were even some spices (bring your own food storage containers and foil/plastic wrap,etc).
There is some construction going on behind the condo M-F—it started in the morning around 7am and ended around 5 pm. It really didn’t bother us and we would DEFINITELY stay here again (we miss the balcony!)!

Great little place in a perfect location. Right down the street from Downtown Estes, and about 5-10 minutes to RMNP. Super convenient place to stay in town. There is construction near the property, but it was not a bother at all, very quiet. The balcony faces a gorgeous Mountain View complete with a stream that flows through the property. Sitting on the balcony and reading was perfect for early mornings. Kitchen fully stocked, really nice space for relaxing and even working (my wife did some schoolwork while we were there and the desk in the living room facing the balcony is awesome).

Do be aware there is no A/C in the unit and it does get pretty toasty. Even with the windows open the condo didn’t drop below about 78 degrees for the first two nights (we are used to sleeping in 67-69 degrees so this resulted in some restless nights for us, but this may not be a problem for most who are used to warmer temps).

Overall, perfect stay. The A/C was our only hiccup, and I think if we had stayed a few days longer we probably would have acclimated. Definitely would come back again!

Really nice condo right in town. Everything was modern and well equipped. View of river from balcony was a plus. Driveway/road in was under construction and it wasn't easy to find initially due to this

This place has it all - location (close to RMNP, downtown Estes Park), comfort and tons of nice touches to make your stay enjoyable. A few of note: awesome recliners; 2 big closets with shelving; plenty of drawer space; TV with cable/wide selection of channels; drawer of small soaps and shampoos; plenty of lighting - bedside, recliner-side lamps; comfortable bed; dedicated parking spot; wonderful balcony; fully equipped kitchen; etc....I could go on. This place is super comfortable for 2 people - it feels bigger than the pictures look. I can't think of one negative thing that affected our stay, except for the construction next door.....but even that wasn't that bad. I would stay here again.

This is a wonderful place to stay!! It’s in the most ideal location, just a short walk from downtown, or a short drive away from free public parking. The multiple amenities were wonderful; with a fully-equipped kitchen, extra blankets, and fans, we were equally comfortable and able to save money on a dinner-night-in. Also, it was so relaxing to listen to the river right outside! Sitting outside on the little porch was restful and refreshing, with a good view of the mountains.

I HIGHLY recommend this Airbnb— whether you stick around town or need a retreat after hiking all day. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We would absolutely stay here again! The location is ideal -- just a short distance from downtown and right next to the river. The condo is fully stocked with everything you might need and more. Bed, pillows, and furniture were all exceptionally comfortable. Loved it!

Quiet, peaceful little place. Has everything you could need, including spices. Perfect size for two. It‘s about a 10 minute walk to the western end of Elkhorn (a little farther west than I thought it would be). Since it’s on a main road currently with road construction and it was cold, windy, and icy while we were there, we ended up driving. Shares a driveway with the Elkhorn Lodge which is currently undergoing renovations. But the construction noise was minimal—I only heard a few beeps one morning! This really was a lovely place for us to get away for a long weekend. We both slept soundly through the nights—which doesn’t happen in our real lives, unfortunately.

Good location. Has all the essentials except for a laundry. But good deal in the summertime busy season.

Very clean, had construction going on nearby while we stayed, but location was great.

This was one of my best vacations!
The accommodations were well thought out and perfect… including the location… 5 minute walk from the main strip of downtown Estes Park and a 10 minute drive to RMNP… the Fall River right outside our deck… everything was absolutely Lovely

Great condo just outside of town and RMNP with excellent views off the balcony. We would definitely stay again next time we are in the area.

Great stay! Very clean and in a good spot of town. Right next to all the shops. I did have a little snafu on check in. I had a late flight that got delayed. The office was closed when I arrived but they gave me some keys to pick up. Unfortunately they gave me the wrong keys. It was around midnight when i arrived so def got a little worried being locked out. They called me back in 5 min after I left a message and told me where to get a backup set of keys. Very fast communication even so late at night! Outside of the mix up, the stay was great. Very roomy and even without AC opening the back door and bedroom window made a pleasant through breeze that kept us cool. Will def stay again if I visit again

Conveniently close to down town and has a beautiful little water fall/ stream behind the apartments. Heads up there’s no A/C but it was still a very lovely spot!!

This is a wonderfully updated 1 bedroom condo. Friendly year round condo owners (but not overly so). Elks love this location by Fall River. Saw plenty riverside and around the condo. Great to say hi too - but not touch.
Perfect location to downtown and Fall River. Will be intrigued to see what the "new" Elkhorn Lodge does. If you want a great location, reasonable price and comfort - this is it!
