Rental as per listing. Easy to find. Loved the deck next to the water. Had deer visiting the yard area each day.

The actual cabin was ok. There was a bad odor coming out of the drains. Grill did not work. There was hair in the shower drain. Coffee pot was not clean. We expected neighbors but not a business across the stream that blared music from noon til 8.

Turning Leaf Cabin was a cute, cozy, clean cabin. It was well stocked with amenities. The kitchen was better equipped than some larger places we've stayed. The reason we're giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because right across the lovely mountain stream is a large store that blocks the view. That wasn't as bad though, as the BBQ truck that sits on the store's property. That in itself didn't bother us; however, the BBQ truck played loud music (from an outside speaker mounted on the side of the store) from the time they opened until a half hour after they closed (approximately 11am - 8:30pm), and that did bother us. Some people may not mind that, but we wanted to mention it because for us, it ruined the quiet serenity of being able to sit on the porch, listen to the mountain stream, without music, and let the stress of work drain away. We were very disappointed by the noise of the music. If we'd have known it would be that way, we would not have booked Turning Leaf Cabin.

Just a wonderful, quaint cabin! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and relaxed listening to the river behind us. The cabin is in a great location and is in close proximity to town. It was easy to cook outdoors using the grill! We look forward to returning!

I will get the item you mentioned in the private feedback in the cabin quickly. Thanks for letting me know we were missing something.

It was a peaceful stay. Close proximity to other cabins and guests so we had some visitors on our deck the one morning, but not a deal breaker. Clear instructions. Clean. The lock was a little tricky at first. Happy first time Airbnb experience.

Our cabin was a bit hard to find after dark. Getting the keys after hours was easy to do.

Hundreds of guests found the cabin without a problem.

The noise is the river.

Great place to stay. Only a few minutes from downtown/Main Street of Estes. Back yard is right by the river. Rocky Mountain national park entrance is only 15 minutes away.

Checking in/getting the keys from the office can be a bit confusing at first and answered the phone when we called.

the cabin is inside estes park wich means only like a 2 minute drive to downtown estes. it's is surrounded by other cabins but you will hardly notice as the river in the back provides a awesome noise cancelation. cabin has all the basics besides ac wich you don't really need and we would gladly come back any time of the year to stay here again.

Amazing cabin for a good price. Has all the amenities to get you by from dishes and utensils to comfortable spaces and linens. Wonderful little river just outside the cabin to enjoy and watch as ducks swim down it. Close to lots of fun activities including a lovely little coffee shop we went to regularly.
