Just a wonderful, quaint cabin! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and relaxed listening to the river behind us. The cabin is in a great location and is in close proximity to town. It was easy to cook outdoors using the grill! We look forward to returning!

Response From: Ponderosa Realty and Management , Inc.

I will get the item you mentioned in the private feedback in the cabin quickly. Thanks for letting me know we were missing something.

It was a peaceful stay. Close proximity to other cabins and guests so we had some visitors on our deck the one morning, but not a deal breaker. Clear instructions. Clean. The lock was a little tricky at first. Happy first time Airbnb experience.

Our cabin was a bit hard to find after dark. Getting the keys after hours was easy to do.

Response From: Ponderosa Realty and Management , Inc.

Hundreds of guests found the cabin without a problem.

The noise is the river.

Great place to stay. Only a few minutes from downtown/Main Street of Estes. Back yard is right by the river. Rocky Mountain national park entrance is only 15 minutes away.

Checking in/getting the keys from the office can be a bit confusing at first and answered the phone when we called.

the cabin is inside estes park wich means only like a 2 minute drive to downtown estes. it's is surrounded by other cabins but you will hardly notice as the river in the back provides a awesome noise cancelation. cabin has all the basics besides ac wich you don't really need and we would gladly come back any time of the year to stay here again.

Amazing cabin for a good price. Has all the amenities to get you by from dishes and utensils to comfortable spaces and linens. Wonderful little river just outside the cabin to enjoy and watch as ducks swim down it. Close to lots of fun activities including a lovely little coffee shop we went to regularly. Very clean and comfortable, great location and we got everything we need for our 4 day vacation living there. It is a one bedroom cabin, only one thing could be better that is if the heater wasn't that loud would be perfect.
