We had a wonderful stay! The property was very clean and provided more than enough space for four adults. The location was exactly what we were looking for - just a few minutes drive into town, and about 10 minutes to the park entrance. There is also an awesome coffee shop that takes about five minutes to walk to.

Trail Ridge was an amazing place to stay. The location was minutes from the entrance to RMNP and a minute drive to downtown Estes Park where many of the shops and restaurants are, as well as the River Walk which is a must-do. The townhouse had everything you need; the kitchen was large, updated and well-equipped. It even had a blender so we could make our healthy smoothies! The bedrooms were large and each had a walk-in closet (dresser, nightstands) so there was plenty of storage to unpack your suitcases. The bathrooms were large and updated, also with plenty of storage. The decorating fit right in with the Colorado vibe! We were able to watch Netflix movies every night on the many large, flat screen tv's that were mounted in the two living rooms and bedrooms. The upstairs deck was also wonderful especially for early morning coffee - overlooking a small peaceful backyard area with many bird sounds in the morning. We were so thrilled with this property and would rent it again for future trips to RMNP!

Location was amazing! We loved walking next to the river to the coffee shop daily. My toddler loved feeding the ducks. We enjoyed the layout of the space a lot. The kitchen could have used a few more basic supplies: olive oil, foil, baking sheet, etc., but we would absolutely rent again next year. The house has A/C, but the renter isn’t allowed to control the temperature, so that was my only complaint about the house. We were there during a hot week, and we would’ve melted at any other rental sans A/C, so we were thankful it was at least set to 74/75 during the day! The downstairs stayed cool around the clock, thankfully. The location can’t be beat, and we had a wonderful week in Estes!

The tv didn’t work the first 2 days. We killed at least 6 spiders in the lower level. The location is perfect. The grill was filthy! We pulled some dishes out of the cabinet to cook and they were not clean.

This was THE best AirBNB that we have ever stayed at! Not only because of the close location to downtown Estes, but everything was spot on with the description of this space. It is beautiful! Most importantly, it is stocked with everything you need! I had everything at my fingertips in the kitchen. Dish soap, towels (a lot!), plenty of plates and coffee cups, even saran wrap! Lots of bath towels and comfortable beds, garbage sacks and easy instructions for all of it! The garage and garage door opener were big bonuses for a perfect week!

Most importantly, it was spotless clean. Thank you again for the perfect stay 🙂

We had a nice stay at this Airbnb in Estes Park. Location was good, but was not very walkable to town as was stated in the listing. It was walkable to a coffee shop with a nice pond. The house itself was spacious, quiet, and clean. We wished there was a few more basic things like salt, pepper, oil, shampoo, laundry detergent which would have made our stay better. However, we would stay here again in the future.

Nicely furnished condo. It had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Well equipped kitchen. Roomy. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Nice towels and linens. Great grill. Very convenient location for both Estes Park and RMNP. Elk surrounded our condo the first night of our stay. Very fun! Would definitely return!

Best Airbnb that I have stayed in! We had elk in our backyard and there was deer, ducks, and rabbits on the gravel trail right by the turn-about. We walked to the Coffee on the Rocks and feed the ducks. The townhome had everything we needed to eat breakfast and dinner everyday after our hikes.

You will not be disappointed with this gem of a location for everything you want to experience in Estes Park. Whether you’re an avid hiker or want to stroll the scenic path to the local coffee shop, this location can’t be beat. You’ll feel like part of the community as your neighbors might open their driveway for a quaint concert or you might have a family of elk walking past the house to greet you. All kinds of wonderful surprises! Inside accommodations also include everything you’ll need, including fireplace, deck with scenic view, large open living space table for gathering to eat or play games. It’s clean, quiet and the perfect getaway. All 6 of us with different interests had many choices of things to do. Can’t find a better place for 6 people with different interests. Hope to return someday!
