We had a great stay here. The location was excellent, with quick access to the downtown area but in more rural surroundings. We loved spotting wildlife, including the bunny living under the deck and the elk who visited one morning for breakfast. We have three young children and the house was well appointed for a family of five.

We had a great experience here. It was very clean and we had everything we needed. The location is great. We were able to get to Rocky Mountain National Park without having to deal with the heavy traffic downtown. We were able to get into town quickly and easily when we wanted to. The free parking garage is a short drive away. Shops, restaurants and the river walk are near the parking garage.

Relaxing and comfortable house for chilling. Plenty of seating both in and outside of the house. Away from the bustle of town but close enough to drive to the shops, the RMNP, or anywhere else nearby.

The place was beautiful, clean, and well equipped. The location was great for us. A short drive to Highway 7 gave us access north to either side of Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park, or south to other areas. We appreciated the guide books to use to find different hikes to take. We enjoyed seeing the elk come to visit in the evening.

My family loved our time here. The house is cute and comfortable. It’s close enough to town but also away from crowds. We’d absolutely stay here again.

Was a very nice place to stay. Quiet, wild life around and clean. Good place to relax after a day in the mountains or walking around town.

We often make our reservations far in advance so when we signed up for this listing, there were not yet any posted reviews. A bit risky? As it turns out, not so.  We were not at all disappointed. All of our expectations were met. This property is overseen by a property manager and not the owner so we never interacted with the owner, nor did we need to.  Everything went smoothly. The house is very roomy, nicely appointed and well equipped for cooking and living, with some homey touches--clearly used by the owner at times. Posted pictures are accurate. House is located in a quiet meadow with other well spaced homes. Both Elk and Deer visited the property. We were close to downtown Estes Park and several entrances into RMNP (10 minutes or less). We took advantage of  considerable hiking in RMNP as well as nearby Hemit State Park, but always got to trail heads early to get a parking space. Very much enjoyed our 7 day stay.

Loved staying here so much! Far enough away from the bustle to appreciate privacy and wildlife (deer and hummingbirds in your yard) but close enough for groceries, park access, & Estes shopping. Clean, quiet, & cozy!
