Great spot near the National Park and price was similar to hotels and other rental homes in the area. Highly recommend for large groups or families!
Thank you for choosing our property. I'm happy to see it meet your needs. Please keep us in mind for your future trips to Estes Park.
Great location and very clean. Everything we wanted and more.
Fantastic! Everything we could possibly want in a vacation rental. The Mountain View is spectacular. Elk up close and personal. Perfectly maintained. Very livable. Gorgeously decorated. Family loved it!
This is a modern, clean and convenient property, convenient to the park and other amenities, with nice views, and supported by professional management. Our only reservation is the great room, which faces west, got too warm and was very bright on sunny afternoons during our stay in late August/early Sept.
Perfect little place right in Estes Park! The hosts were fantastic and let us check in early due to a “snowmageddon” that hit Colorado that weekend. The pictures do not do the place justice! It was so cute and perfect for three couples on a weekend vacay. We were able to cook (there is limited kitchen equipment, so just be prepared) and relax all weekend. Definitely recommend checking out the cinnamon roll place that’s just about a 5 min drive away - so tasty!
Overall, this was a wonderful stay and we talked about coming back in the summer!
beautiful home.
Home with great views and owners that are willing to help to make your stay better.
Awesome cabin feel with huge windows in the living/ kitchen room boasting amazing views. Huge kitchen table that was great for games Very close to RMNP. Plenty of space in driveway and 2 garage spots. Multi-level was nice for a baby who went to bed early. Baby gate was included. Walkable to cute coffee shop. The place gets very hot during the day so make sure the blinds are down and consider opening a window. Cookware was somewhat limited.
Great location and very comfortable stay. Host is very accommodating and responsive.
We had a wonderful stay. The house met our needs exactly and was in a great location.
Awesome spot in Estes Park, loved our stay!
Pros: House is really new and nice, large, well built. A short walk down to the creek. Close to downtown and the entrance to RMNP. Kitchen was big, nice counter space. Great master bath, comfortable bed in Master. Big Buck hung out next to house for three days.
Cons: Right next to highway, so road noise. All bathrooms had empty hand soap, so we had to go buy some the day we arrived. No grill (we thought it had a grill). No AC, and not great ventilation upstairs (main floor). Even using the fan we brought, after a day of hiking, we returned to a place that was 85F in the evening. Used AirBnB many places in the US, Europe, and Asia, but the contract was a bit much. If we left something, if we moved furniture, etc., there were charges for it.
Excellent property. Well located outside town for visiting Rocky Mountain National Park.
We enjoyed the Summit House! The deck looking out over the mountains was fun. The river is only a walk away. Excellent vacation for our family.
We reserved this home for ours sons wedding. It was exactly the way it is listed! Super clean and spacious for a family of 7. One bedroom upstairs and 2 down stairs. Something to keep in mind if anyone in your party has mobility issues. We would stay here again.
We had a great stay! The house was super clean, beds were comfortable. Great location, just a few minutes down the road from Main Street. The upper floor definitely got warm in the daytime but the fans that were provided really helped to cool it down as well as the shades for the large picture windows. The downstairs was nice and cool all day long! I would say the only downside was it is right off a busy road, so sitting on the porch you could hear a lot of traffic, but if inside it was really quiet. Overall a great place!
All fine, exactly as advertised, realtor was efficient and responsive
Great Place! Very clean and great location!
Perfect location right outside RMNP and super close to Downtown Estes Park! The house was super clean, had plenty of room for our family! Only thing that I would note is that there is no air conditioning. It is disclosed in the listing but we didn’t read the fine print and thought maybe somebody else might not as well! It did get quite warm in the house during the afternoon but cooled off nicely at night with the windows open. Air conditioning would have been nice after hiking all day it was a bit uncomfortable to come home to a house that was 80+degrees. But as I said the temps at night were cool and the house cooled nicely for sleeping.
A nice bonus was washer and dryer so we didn’t have to bring home dirty laundry!
We highly recommend checking out Backbone Adventures for UTV adventures through the mountains, and Kirks Flyshop for fly fishing! Ladybug BBQ was awesome!
The house is beautiful, modern, so clean, and in a very convenient location to town and to RMNP. We enjoyed our stay and the hosts were so quick to respond to our questions and concerns. Especially loved drinking coffee on the deck in the quiet mornings and staring at the stars at night. Highly recommend!
Great location and wonderful house.
