Perched above a downtown photography studio, The Hideout is owned by a family member of the infamous Butch Cassidy gang. This charming condo is decorated with the Old West and infamous gangs in mind. Getting around Estes Park could not be easier. Walk to restaurants, shopping, nightlife, and everything downtown Estes Park has to offer. Pick up a shuttle to Rocky Mountain National Park (summer months).
Upon entering, you will be welcomed by the eat-in kitchen, perfect to cook up a storm. The kitchen features an electric range/oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, and microwave. Next to the kitchen is 1 of the 2 bedrooms. This comfortable space has a queen bed and lots of natural light. Down the hall a bit is the full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Across the hall is the laundry room, why bring dirty clothes home? The hallway ends at the light and bright living space. This open space has the main living area, the main dining area and tons of natural light. The second bedroom, which has a queen bed, is located off of this main living space.
The Hideout is a wonderful way to spend time in Estes Park.
*Please note* Parking for this unit is limited to one vehicle and requires using a provided parking permit. This permit is for 1 parking lot. Parking in this lot is on a first come first serve basis.

In the event that the Tenant cancels the reservation for any reason, a 5% cancellation fee will be charged. If the cancellation occurs less than sixty (60) days before Check-In Date, all monies paid by Tenant will be forfeited if the Rental Property is not re-rented by the Check-In Date. Ponderosa Realty will make all reasonable efforts to re-rent the Property by the Check-In Date.
50% payment is due at the time of booking, if booked 60 days or more from check-in date. 100% payment is required for reservations booked less than 60 days from the check-in date.
The balance of the total cost is due 60 days before check in occurs.

The stay was nice and the apartment was clean but it’s incredibly HARD to find! It’s in a small un marked door and there is NO PARKING. It’s all city parking and in a busy area which has its ups but when you can’t find a spot to park after a long day it becomes less fun.
I hate to report but you are the only ones this year that could not find it. We will add to our directions.
The parking permit you were given is for the lot behind the unit.
We had a great vacation in the Hideaway! Love, love the location!!
Great small location right on the Main Street in Estes. We had a wedding at Fall River Village and it was a 10 minute walk away for half the price!

The location is perfect, right on the Main Street of Estes Park. Food, bars, and stores right down stairs. Parking around the corner.
Perfect place for local shops and not far from hiking areas.
The Hideout is perfectly located in the heart of downtown Estes Park. Walkable to shops, restaurants, entertainment and more. Spacious and comfortable unit. As noted in their description, there is only one parking space that is not assigned - the parking permit is for a public parking lot and spaces are not always available.
We appreciated the use of backpacks and water bottles for our hikes!
Great place for our family. Walkable to all the restaurants and shops of Estes Park. Easy drive to RMNP. Would stay again!
The apartment is located right downtown. We enjoyed the easy access to restaurants, river walk and shopping. The bonus for us was the live music on the street below between lunch and 5 pm. The staff at Ponderosa Realty were very responsive.
