House had everything we needed and fit our family well. We enjoyed having the ping pong. The house shows age but for the price we were happy and everything was clean. We would stay here again when visiting RMNP

This home is prefect for your visit to Rocky Mountain National Park. It is in a quiet neighborhood near the golf course so we could actually hear elk bulging. The home was very clean and spacious. It had everything we needed. I would definitely stay there again.

This house was located in a great spot! Very close to the Rocky Mountain National Park entrance and also to downtown Estes Park. There were many mule deer and elk wandering the backyard for us to enjoy and it had a beautiful view of the mountains. The house was great inside with plenty of amenities for families with kids.

After an initial issue at our rental, Ponderosa Realty responded very quickly and offered a solution that satisfied our family. They were very friendly and helpful with this issue. The cabin we stayed in was well-equipped and had great gathering spaces. It was close to town and to RMNP. We were very appreciative of their customer service, and would use their services again.

We really enjoyed our stay. Good location in Estes Park short drive to downtown but also on the outskirts so you're not forced to be in all chaos of tourism if you don't want to be. Good views of the mountains. We found this place great for kids. They have lots of toys and games, and my son loved the family room that he claimed as his "bachelor pad" to watch TV at night after sightseeing. My only criticism would be the location of the garage to the family room that smells musty, so if we needed to go into the garage, the family room would smell like the garage for an hour or so. Otherwise, it was a clean and comfortable house and did not regret our pick.

We spent a WONDERFUL week here with our two adult sons, our daughter-in-law and two grandchildren (under age 1 and age 3). Absolutely GORGEOUS views (we absolutely agree with other reviewers that the photos don't do it justice), quick access in and out of downtown (5 minutes) and RMNP (less than 15 minutes to either entrance, even with some ongoing road construction) and also a quiet and comfortable spot to just relax and play with the kids. Very well-stocked kitchen that worked perfectly for us. We enjoyed the toys, bikes, ping-pong table - so many little 'extras' that made for a week of family fun. Plenty of driveway space for two vehicles plus room for the kids to enjoy. It was a dream family vacation for us and this home made it even better than we imagined. We HIGHLY recommend this property! Thank you to the hosts for helping to give us a 'bucket list' adventure.

We had a great stay! The location was perfect to see Elk and I would highly recommend staying here in the fall. My kids (5 and 7) loved the various games and legos which helped entertain them when needed.

We had an amazing time staying at this house. It was perfect for a family group. The kitchen was large and easy to cook in. We were staying during the fall and were able to see large groups of elk in the yard every morning. The yard space was lovely and our kids were able to run around outside. There was plenty of space to stretch out and relax. We enjoyed the fireplace in the family room. The house is close to town and it’s easy to get to the downtown and the National park. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay in this cabin! The cabin is very spacious with more than enough room for a family of 6 to spread out. The family room with the gas fireplace was a wonderful place to watch a movie or read after a busy day hiking in RMNP. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook meals, and the cabin contained many extras that make a stay with children comfortable. We enjoyed cooking and eating with the windows open so we could listen to the elk bugling. The back deck provided beautiful views of the light changing on the face of the mountains, as well as surprisingly close views of the local wildlife including deer, elk, magpies, and a hummingbird. The cabin is conveniently located about 15 minutes from RMNP and only a few minutes drive to shopping in Estes Park. We would definitely stay here again!

Plush. That was the word we uttered all week. This place was spacious, comfortable and well stocked. We saw elk every day and utilized the river walk to get into Estes park. We would most certainly stay here again.

Our group of 8 really enjoyed this cabin. The pictures don’t do this place justice, especially since there are things that are not listed in their description. There is a grill, keurig coffee machine, ping pong table, bicycles, and kiddie bikes. Very convenient with it only being minutes away from attractions in town. Also was a great base for visiting Rocky Mountain National Park.

We had a great experience at this location! Perfect amount of space for us (we had two adults and 4 kids- ages 13, 10, 10, and 8.) We loved having 3 separate bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and 2 TV areas. I was pleasantly surprised that the kitchen was stocked with all of the pans and utensils we needed. Having on-site laundry was also important to us and the machines worked great. Everything is updated and well-maintained. The kids loved the bikes in the garage and we discovered a great playground about 2 miles down the walking path. Great views and wildlife. Definitely recommend!

Perfect place for a family with young kids. The back deck has gates that can be shut and the kids can play outside without worrying about them running off. Is a nice relaxing place to stay.

This house was perfect for our 3 generation family visit to Rocky Mountain National Park. The upstairs bedroom with the bunk beds had a closet stocked with books and toys that were perfect for our 3 and 5 year old. We also had fun doing the grown-up National Parks puzzles and family games downstairs. The furniture was comfortable and not pretentious and the kitchen was very well equipped. We saw deer walking through the yard during breakfast which was fun. The location is very quiet and only about 20 minutes from the park where we spent most of our time.

The pictures don’t do this properly justice! The views are amazing! There are large windows so you can see the beautiful views. We also had deer wander across the yard. The location was amazing as well. It was close to restaurants, businesses, and hiking trails. We wish we could have stayed longer.

The location is great for getting anywhere you would want to go in Estes Park. It had plenty of space for the 5 of us and we really enjoyed the bikes and ping pong table as well. Very clean and spacious. Highly recommend! We are already planning our next trip back here.

This property was so comfortable and conveniently located. We wanted to spend our days hiking in RMNP, and being only about 15 minutes away from the Beaver Meadows entrance was a huge plus. Everything from the comfy beds and the well-stocked kitchen to the wildlife we'd see walking around the yard and neighborhood made this trip and this property fantastic!

We had an amazing stay at this large, well-furnished home. Our two families with 4 kids under the age of 13 had plenty of space and amenities. They loved the upstairs bunk bedroom and the closet was filled with books and toys! We had plenty of things to do when our last day was rained out. Highly recommend Smokin' Daves BBQ for takeout, and there is a Safeway grocery store close by for any necessities. Great location away from the busy city center.
