Mostly a good experience. It’s a long way from their offices to get the key. They need to put a drop box at the actual Airbnb cabin address. You have to drive to the other end of Estes Park to get your key and drop it off. Doesn’t need to be that hard. Also for the price we paid I think they could stock better toilet paper than 1 ply. I mean for real? It was clean and had what we needed for a few days.

Solid quiet place to stay when visiting the RMNP. Super close and the bonus of the river sounds overnight if you open windows is great. Will be back.

This places checks a lot of boxes for a mountain getaway near a river ! We loved having a fire being able to hear the river right next to us. Ponderosa was great to work with too. They took care of us.
