Cancellation Policy
In the event that the Tenant cancels the reservation for any reason, a 5% cancellation fee will be charged. If the cancellation occurs less than sixty (60) days before Check-In Date, all monies paid by Tenant will be forfeited if the Rental Property is not re-rented by the Check-In Date. Ponderosa Realty will make all reasonable efforts to re-rent the Property by the Check-In Date.
Deposit Policy
50% payment is due at the time of booking, if booked 60 days or more from check-in date. 100% payment is required for reservations booked less than 60 days from the check-in date.
The balance of the total cost is due 60 days before check in occurs.

Great location! Great home; but not enough towels for 8 guests. The light switches and remotes to ceiling fans were not working or not synchronized (minor annoyance and inconveniences) but I expected more for the price. The previous tenant did not throw away the trash and we left before trash day. We had trash piled up in the garage which was starting to smell. Overall, 4 stars!

Beautiful house. Close to town. Management company was very helpful. Would definitely pick this house to stay at again.
Check in was a bit rough with the wrong keys but once inside we found the place beautiful and spotless. A few minor blips including a broken microwave and no use of fans on main floor.
There are no extra blankets so don’t get chilly watching TV (which YouTube TV and Netflix were free).
The location is just perfect and the neighborhood is quiet. Lots of Elk and turkeys running around.

Perfect location for accessing all of the amenities in downtown and at RMNP. Deck views are gorgeous and we had so much fun exploring the backyard rock formations. Challenging mountain trail climb just a short walk from house was a nice surprise. Had a great visit and look forward to coming back.

This place is beautiful! Everything is well taken care of and there is plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen is large and can accommodate a lot of people. There are two living areas, so if you want the kids to go downstairs, it is nice to have that. The bedrooms were the perfect size (and number of beds) for our group and the beds were comfortable. The location is perfect: close to town, but far enough away that it is fairly quiet and so dark you can star gaze every night! I believe there is access to Deer Mountain hiking trail at the top of the hill (we didn't get a chance to confirm that). We will definitely stay here again!
This is great place to stay. They had a lot of stuff in the kitchen such as salt,sugar, oil, peanut butter and much more. There were a lots of dishes and cups.
In the bathroom there were no shortage of towel and toilet paper. Room temperatures were perfect.
It has a large garage and location was perfect for us.
This home is beautiful, clean, on a very quite street and perfectly situated for trips into Rocky Mountain National Park or Estes Park. Sit in the front porch in the morning to soak in the beautiful mountain sunrise and watch the turkeys and deer walking through the yard. Then in the evening sit by the fireplace to unwind after a day in the park or shopping in the town.

This place was fantastic. The views are unbeatable, the location is fantastic, and the house was clean, organized, and luxurious. We loved every minute there. Come armed with your shampoo, conditioner, and lotion because it wasn't included, but otherwise, this is the absolute perfect place for a getaway.

This house was absolutely amazing. The perfect mountain getaway retreat. To be honest the photos undersold the place. I thought it might be a 6/7 from the photos and was worried it would end up being a 4/5. When we arrived it was an amazing 9/10. Huge panoramic windows that look out on the mountains. A fantastic porch to sit on and read or just soak up the view. We were there in October and deer and turkeys just walked around in the yard day after day, the children loved it! New construction, awesome features and sparkling clean, we couldn't have asked for anything more. Please update the photos to help convey the true beauty and charm of this mountain retreat!!

Convenient location, recently built, air-conditioned, great patio from which to look at the hills and mountains of Estes, while enjoying some of the golden liquid.
The comfort, views and private hiking here is unmatched. This is very clean and a great place if you like to cook. Minutes away from downtown, but cozy enough you won't want to venture out.
Beautiful house located outside the busy section of town. We loved the seclusion and the short walk down to the river and horse stables nearby.
