Rocky Vista - 3 bedroom cabin with unblocked views!

You’re coming here for the view and it does not disappoint. Perfect location close to town and the tram but very private. Internet was strong enough to support multiple video calls. And again, that view… all time. Will stay again!

Words cannot describe and photos cannot capture how beautiful and impressive the view is. The view and location alone make it worth it, but the house itself is great too.
I feel lucky to have stayed here!

The updates to the cabin are incredible. Still has the cozy cabin mountain vibe and view along with updated kitchen and bathrooms. Perfect place to stay if you’re visiting Estes/RMNP, our 2nd stay here and will be back again!

It is a beautiful house with beautiful scenic views of the mountains and overlooks the town. Just minutes from town and 20 mins from the Rocky Mountain National Park. We absolutely loved this place and would recommend it to anyone.

The cabin is beautiful. Everything looks and feels brand new. The location was fantastic. Felt very private but still an easy walk to restaurants and shopping in downtown Estes. And the views were the best part. Absolutely stunning!

Unbelievable view from the deck and living space, couldn’t get enough of it! The cabin was cozy and comfortable, perfect mountain space, very cabin-y. We had two kids with us and there is no way I would have walked to town on the two very tight roads with them, just wasn’t safe. Not sure I would even want to walk if it was just us adults, you would have to walk on a busy road that had no sidewalks. Overall it was a great place in Estes Park and it was hard to leave that view!

We had a great stay

Ponderosa Realty provided great check-in/out instructions. The views were amazing and easy walking distance to the Main Street. Very close to RMNP entrance. Overall the place was very clean and we would recommend for a few days in Estes Park. The only downside was the shower is very low. If you are over 6' tall, you will not fit comfortably in the shower. We would definitely stay again.

Incredible views in a cozy cabin. Cannot beat the view and location to the town and RMNP. Much more cozy and spacious than the pictures showed online. Perfect spot for a mountain getaway

The views here are fantastic. Pictures don’t do it justice! Everything was clean and comfortable. We even saw a moose 10 feet away from the deck one morning. The outdoor seating was also a bonus that I wasn’t expecting.

The home we rented was very clean dust free. The most beautiful mountain scene from our picture window. Just a wonderful vacation . Would recommend Ponderosa realty.

This was my second time staying at this gem of a house. Walking distance to downtown brewery and shops, while still very private and boasting a spectacular park view! I’ll almost certainly be staying here again!

Our family of 6 enjoyed the stay. Awesome view and 5-10 minute drive to wherever you need to go. There were a few mule deer in the driveway as we pulled up the first night

The location is perfect. Easy walk to downtown and quick access to the park by vehicle. Very happy with this rental home

We had a great time! We had our two toddlers and were thankful for the pack & play and the games at the Cabin. Great location- only 10 mins to the National park and a few mins from the downtown area. Amazing views! Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at this cabin. It was conveniently close to Estes, yet secluded and private. It is very cozy.

The view of the continental divide is the best to be found!

Perfect location. Walking distance to town and short distance to the entrance of RMNP. Perfect amount of space for our family of four (2 adults, 2 teens). Eating area was small, but we didn’t use it. Everything in the cabin was labeled and kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could have needed. We LOVED the balcony. We ate breakfast there in the mornings and sat outside every evening as well. The views were amazing! We went on the Aerial Tramway and loved that we could see the cabin from the tram and the summit!

The only con (and only because we are used to central A/C) is that the upstairs got very hot. The downstairs (sleeping area) was cooler and there were fans in every room.

We would definitely stay here again!

Definitely worth staying at. Right at the edge of town and high enough you can overlook it at night. Only a 10 minute walk to the town itself and only a 15 minute drive to Rocky Mountain National Park. Really quiet at night and plenty of amenities, would stay here again

Cons: no AC, one bathroom. HOWEVER Both of these are manageable!
Pros: THE VIEW!! Location, location, location. I wish Air BnB let you post pictures!

We loved our time at Rocky Vista. The house is lovely with so many thoughtful details to make your stay comfortable. I noticed reviews mentioning lack of outlets. That is no longer the case. There are plenty of outlets now and USB ports bedside. Fans are in every bedroom and we followed the advice of keeping upstairs shades closed during the day while we were out and it was fine. Labels on light switches, etc made life easier! Loved sitting outside and gazing at the incredible view, and if it was raining, that same view can be seen from the bank of windows inside. Though there are neighbors above and below the mountain, the house feels isolated and private. Downstairs door makes unloading luggage straight to bedroom floor easy. Drip coffee maker and liquid laundry soap only but happily the right coffee filters happened to be in the cabinet (still some left after our stay) and extra soap above the washing machine. Be sure to check what’s there before shopping. 10 minutes from RMNP entrance. One elk came by one evening to graze.
Mom, Dad, adult child, and teenager were all very comfortable. Teenager had the bunk bedroom and she was very happy with it. Overall a fabulous stay!!

We really love the view and the wrap-around deck! The fireplace was nice on cool evenings and the 3 bedrooms were comfortable. Loved the elk, deer, hummingbirds, and chipmunks that came through the yard!

The location of the property is simply amazing. We had a great stay and will keep this as the go-to place in the future. The views are spectacular. The beds and linens are comfortable. The proximity to the Rocky Mountain National Park makes it a great home base. Highly recommend!

Fabulous place, world class view, well equipped and cared for mountain retreat. Perfect place to meet with family from across the country and explore RMNP.

This is such a nice stay! The view is absolutely amazing. Super close to activities in the town and such a short drive into the RMNP.

The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils, essential cooking supplies like spices, sugar and flower, etc. There is firewood for you to use and kindling as well as board games.

It snowed during our stay and someone came and shoveled the driveway, Porch, and the hill up to the cabin was also plowed so we weren’t snowed in.

Highly recommend this stay and we will be returning!

I’ve been coming to Estes Park once or twice a year for the past seven years or so. Of everywhere I’ve stayed, Rocky Vista was by far the best! Everything we needed was already in the kitchen, and the living room is both comfy and had an amazing view of the park. The beds were quite comfortable (and we noticed the extra blankets in the closet though we did not need them), and everything was very clean. I will definitely aim to stay here next time I visit.

RockyVista was an outstanding location and cozy cottage for spending the Christmas holiday! The views from the kitchen / living space were absolutely beautiful. The kitchen was clean well stocked with utensils and basic supplies. The beds were super comfortable too!

Our stay at the cabin was excellent. The cabin is located near the top of a hill and the view of the mountains is amazing. The place was clean, spacious and comfortable.

Ponderosa was very helpful when we had a leak in the house that we stayed in. They graciously offered another house for us to move to for the duration of our stay. They were very quick to respond and provide solutions for anything that came up.
