Come, stay, and relax in this great 4 bedroom and 3 bathroom 2400 square foot home located on the former Horace W. Ferguson Ranch from the 1870s and is a fantastic location to explore the Estes Valley. The site has great views from inside and from the large deck.

Upon entering this great property, you will be greeted by the warm and inviting living room. This room has plenty of natural light and comfortable leather furniture, including two reclining chairs and a leather sofa. Next to the living space is the eat-in kitchen/dining room. The dining area comfortably seats 6. The kitchen is a fine place to cook home cooked meals. The kitchen has great appliances: French-door refrigerator, gas cook top/oven, dishwasher, and microwave.

The main level of this home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a queen bed and full en suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and ceiling fan. Bedroom 3 has a set of bunk beds and an additional twin bed. There is an additional full bathroom on the main level.

Downstairs starts with a comfortable seating area highlighted by a wet bar with granite countertops. There is a separate TV room with a flat screen TV with Dish Network TV service. This TV room has two chairs and a sofa for a comfortable TV and entertainment watching experience. The final bedroom is also downstairs and has a queen bed. Bathroom 3 is downstairs and has a shower.

The highlight of the home is a huge deck that has plenty of space for outdoor meals and to take in the views of the surrounding mountains.

In the event that the Tenant cancels the reservation for any reason, a 5% cancellation fee will be charged. If the cancellation occurs less than sixty (60) days before Check-In Date, all monies paid by Tenant will be forfeited if the Rental Property is not re-rented by the Check-In Date. Ponderosa Realty will make all reasonable efforts to re-rent the Property by the Check-In Date.

Deposit Policy

50% payment is due at the time of booking, if booked 60 days or more from check-in date. 100% payment is required for reservations booked less than 60 days from the check-in date.
The balance of the total cost is due 60 days before check in occurs.

The location was perfect for us as we wanted to see estes park and RMNP. The house is beautiful and was perfect for our family. We loved staying here and thank you for making our trip fun.

Nice property. Great location. Great view. Our party of 8 stayed for a few days. This house worked great with 4 bedrooms and some nice living/hangout area on both levels. Nice large deck with beautiful view of small mountain. This was was a great base location for our days of hiking/fishing/rafting and hanging out in Estes Park. Just a short drive into Rocky Mountain Nation Park, Estes Aerial tram, downtown Estes Park or Estes Lake. Also just around the corner from Mary’s Lake. This House has everything you need. We would definitely stay again if we head back to Estes.
