This spacious home was perfect for our family of 6 to explore Estes Park and get quick access to Rocky Mountain National Park. The kids loved see all of the birds in the trees from the back deck, and especially loved seeing the moma deer and fawn grazing right out back on the first evening. We loved Estes Park and the area, and will definitely try to stay here again when we visit again... thanks for having us.

Very comfortable property for family of 6. Could have accomodated 2 more as well. Enjoyed close access to riverwalk, coffeeshop, and stores. Close and easy access to downtown

The property is as advertised. Very nice place and conveniently located in Estes Park. Pleasant surprise was the river running behind the subdivision, and the nice trail alongside it.

The unit was in a great location, very convenient. Plenty of room for a group of 6. We saw wildlife twice right off the balcony. Check in was easy. The only con was there wasn’t enough wash rags and our stay wasn’t long enough to do laundry. Will definitely stay here again.

Lovely location, beautiful condo, and conveniently located just far enough away from the bustle of downtown Estes Park and close to Rocky Mountain National Park.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was great for everything we did. Great access to RMNP and the town of Estes Park. The condo was fully stocked. We had elk come and hang out in the back yard every day. We'd definitely stay again.

Really nice place to stay. We liked the way the townhouse was laid out. It was well equipped. The host really went to a lot of trouble to anticipate needs, and provide for them.

The condo was actually nicer than expected. It was extremely clean. The kitchen had almost everything you’d expect at home. The grill was nice to have. They left notes on their experiences with different hikes, which was helpful. The condo decor was modern. And they were very responsive. Great experience.

It was exactly as described in other reviews, good location, a nice unit that works well for exploring Estes Park. The grill is also as described in other reviews, almost unusable, dirty, the burners are completely shot.

You’re basic condo. Nothing horrible but nothing remarkable. If you’re not an early riser I wouldn’t book this location. The magpies were SO loud and woke us every morning at 5am for about 45 minutes.

3 out of 5 stars

I am only giving this rental a 3 star rating for two big reasons. The good things: great location near town and the park, spacious, good beds, reasonable kitchen (except for drinking glasses). Problem areas: carpet was either very dirty or stained badly but it was hard to get past it as it is natural to think things are dirty in that situation, the grill was disgustingly dirty and rusted and unusable even though other reviews said they did use it. Check in was easy and communication with the realty company was fine.
