Such a great home! Home had more amenities than listed! There were only 2 items needed to be addressed: No garage door opener (we assumed previous tenants accidentally took with them)!!! Also master bath outlets did not work. We would stay/book this home on our next visit to Estes Park!

This house was great, very much as described. We had a great time lighting a fire in the fireplace to keep us warm and cozy, the garage was handy as it allowed us to stow our car in out of the snow(might be able to fit two cars even), there were views of The Stanley from some of the rooms, and large TVs to watch movies, sports, etc while sitting around and eating or playing card games. Plenty of space in the house with a living room, a den, and a bar/card table area for groups to enjoy their own experience. The decor and furnishings were comfortable. The grill was functional and had propane, we used it one night for burgers. It looked like there was a fenced in backyard which would work well for groups with pets and there were modifications made to make sure small dogs couldn’t get out (we didn’t bring any pets so be sure to check the listing to see if that’s allowed).

Overall great place to stay in Estes for groups of 4 or more.

The house exceeded our expectations. The house is nicely finished on the inside, very clean and comfortable, more than enough space for our group (three couples, one baby). The deck had a great view of town and mountains. Very quick to get around and you don’t have drive through the town to get to Rocky Mountain National Park, which was convenient because it can get backed up in town. It’s a very quick walk to the shops and restaurants in town (the house is up the hill a little bit, check out the street view if you are worried about walking up the hill). The host was very helpful and responsive to questions. We would definitely stay here again if we come back!

Group of 6 that thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. House was very clean and had plenty of space. We spent a lot of time on the large deck overlooking the town. It was nice to be able to walk into town from the house and check out all of the shops, restaurants, and bars without worrying about driving around.

This is the perfect house for a family vacation. We brought along my father in law, sister in law and brother in law. We all had enough room to have our own space but the perfect deck to enjoy dinners in the evenings. The view was outstanding and the Elks roaming through the yard with babies was the icing on the cake. Check in was super easy, the place was clean and clearly well taken care of. We will be staying here again.

We loved our stay in Estes Park. This home was better than we expected! It is very spacious and had enough beds and bathrooms to accommodate our group. We appreciate good hang out space when the weather is bad and it has a nice big dining table. The kitchen was well stocked and has a nice gas stove and large refrigerator.

The location is perfect. You can walk to town- which has parking issues in the summer, and it is a very close drive to RMNP.

As others noted, it is a steep hike back to the house from town and requires steps for the main floor. But if you’re able, walking to town early in the morning is delightful along the river.

Indian Paintbrush was an exceptional property! Our family of five adults were quite comfortable and the property included everything we needed for our stay.

The location is an easy walk to all of the shops and restaurants downtown (note: there’s a fairly significant hill to climb to return to the property if you have issues). The neighborhood was quiet and there was plenty of parking in the large driveway.

The kitchen was very well equipped. We were able to cook and bake whatever we wanted, with many spices already available. The spacious living room made for a comfortable, relaxing space to read, visit, relax, or watch the game.

Our family spent a fair amount of time in the bar area playing games. The square table seemed to be made for it.

The bedrooms were very comfortable, and we were grateful to have 3 1/2 bathrooms.

The deck was amazing! We had a lovely view overlooking the town and distant mountains. We could see the Stanley Hotel in one direction and the aerial tramway behind. There was seating for at least ten to relax and enjoy the scenery. We even heard elk bugling one evening.

We couldn’t have been happier with our experience at the Indian Paintbrush!

We had a wonderful time staying at Indian Paintbrush! Plenty of space for all of us. The Aspens were bright yellow outside the big windows in the bar area, and we enjoyed watching the sunrise over the mountains on the large porch. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook chili the first night. Great location, just a quick stroll down the hill into town and a short drive into RMNP. After the 10 mile hike to Sky Pond we really enjoyed being able to grab a beer outside at the Barrel bar right next to the house. Thanks for a fabulous weekend in Estes Park!
