This condo has everything you will need to enjoy Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park. There is a kitchenette to make your meals. The high Dr area is known for small cabins for small cabins and great views. It is also near Rocky Mountain National Park.
In the summer there are a few public transportation options. It is still best to have a vehicle. In the winter it is necessary to have all-wheel or 4 -wheel drive.

Cancellation Policy
In the event that the Tenant cancels the reservation for any reason, a 5% cancellation fee will be charged. If the cancellation occurs less than sixty (60) days before Check-In Date, all monies paid by Tenant will be forfeited if the Rental Property is not re-rented by the Check-In Date. Ponderosa Realty will make all reasonable efforts to re-rent the Property by the Check-In Date.
Deposit Policy
50% payment is due at the time of booking, if booked 60 days or more from check-in date. 100% payment is required for reservations booked less than 60 days from the check-in date.
The balance of the total cost is due 60 days before check in occurs.
Rate varies due to seasonality and holidays. Please select your dates on our online booking calendar for an exact quote.

The location was great for multiple trips to RMBP as well as proximity to downtown Estes. It was bigger than we expected and had everything we needed for our long weekend. Nice bonus to have two bathrooms. The only issues were that key pickup was somewhat far from the actual property and we misunderstood that there pool would be closed during our stay.

Highly recommend staying here. It was spacious and in a beautiful location. Private and away from the busyness of town, close to RMNP, surrounded by beautiful nature. I'd say the only thing that was missing was a washer and dryer. Otherwise, everything about this place was phenomenal. It was somewhat of a hassle to drive to pick up and drop off the keys but overall not too bad.

Nice place with great location and great views. Kids enjoyed the pool. We ate in several times, kitchen is functional but a little small, did the job though. Really enjoyed our stay, would stay again and would recommend.

I gave this place mostly 5 stars & what they offer is as advertised, however I likely wouldn't stay here again. My biggest inconveniences were that we did not have access to a washer/dryer, and we were hiking each day so that would have been nice. The check-in/check out process is lacking behind other air bnbs. they dont have a lock box with a code and a key or a smart lock code. You have to go get your key from a different location and pick it up/drop it off. Additionally, you have to clean what you would presume the cleaning fee covers (dishes, take out your own trash by the time you leave). Both of these things made late arrivals and early morning departure flights even longer of a process for us. I did enjoy our stay here, I would like something just a little bit more convenient next time. The location is safe, secure, and so close to the park!!!

We really enjoyed our stay in Estes Park. The location is ideal! The condo is literally at the gates of RMNP. We loved waking up every morning to elk in the backyard! The place is a little dated, but not too bad. We swam in the heated pool and watched the elk with the mountains all around us! There are plenty of towels and extra blankets. The only thing we didn't love was having to pick up the keys and then go across town to return them upon check out. We have always stayed in Air B&B's that have key code check in's so it was a little inconvenient. We also wished there was a washer and dryer. But other then that it was a great little getaway 🙂

Hallett Peak is a super property. We visited in winter - and lots of snow - and the unit kept us warm and cozy (but not in a cramped way -- there's more space than pictured in the photos!) throughout our stay. The kitchen is mostly well-equipped (if you have a favorite knife or cutting board, bring it from home), the beds are super comfy, and having a fireplace (actually, two!) was a treat for our visit. Two full baths were a bonus. Smart TV with access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc. kept us entertained when RMNP was unavailable because of snow. Speaking of, make sure you have a 4x4 or AWD vehicle if you plan on visiting when there's snow. Our treks out and about were limited due to having a FWD minivan. The hill leading up to and the property is plowed, but ice and snowpack would make it difficult for a drive unless you're properly equipped. Overall, very very pleased with our stay. Highly recommended. Looking forward to returning.

Our condo was perfect for two hikers. Lots of room, a great location and amazing views. Just a couple minutes from the Beaver Meadows entrance into RMNP. The backyard deck and pool was a nice bonus. It was easy to keep the rooms cool by opening a few windows. The kitchen is well stocked with supplies to cook most dinners. It was very quiet at night, too. We would definitely stay here again.

This condo is perfectly situated 5-7 minutes outside of Estes Park on a quiet hill side with views over RMNP. The pool is right in front of the porch. Mi wife and I loved using this place as our base for mountain adventures and to chill on the porch in the evening, gazing at the mountains in the distance. Such a beautiful place !
