Cancellation Policy
In the event that the Tenant cancels the reservation for any reason, a 5% cancellation fee will be charged. If the cancellation occurs less than sixty (60) days before Check-In Date, all monies paid by Tenant will be forfeited if the Rental Property is not re-rented by the Check-In Date. Ponderosa Realty will make all reasonable efforts to re-rent the Property by the Check-In Date.
Deposit Policy
50% payment is due at the time of booking, if booked 60 days or more from check-in date. 100% payment is required for reservations booked less than 60 days from the check-in date.
The balance of the total cost is due 60 days before check in occurs.
Rate varies due to seasonality and holidays. Please select your dates on our online booking calendar for an exact quote.

Super cute! this is great for a couple. Exactly what you need, nothing more, in a great location. Note there isn't AC but I think the price reflects that and we didn't need it. We appreciated the cozy feel to it.

Great working with Glenn and the folks at Ponderosa. The Haiyaha cabin was in a nice little neighborhood with awesome views of the mountains and stars. it was so convenient to get into the park and you could see wildlife without going to far from the cabin
This was a great place to stay, with phenomenal views of the mountains of Rocky Mountain National Park and deer wandering by. It was a very relaxing cabin, and we enjoyed our stay here tremendously!

Our stay was great! Cabin was clean, stocked with the essentials, and the host left clear instructions for utilities. The view is unbeatable, and wildlife roams around the cabin at different times of day. Highly recommend!

The view of the mountains is spectacular! The cabin was perfect for us. It is well equipped with new appliances and very clean. It is very close to Bird and Jim's Restaurant, the best in town for healthy food.
Location is probably closest to the RMNP you can get. Just a 5 min drive. The view is awesome. Also sometimes get elk. Deer come almost everyday. Arrive during daylight because will be hard to find. Would have been nice not to have to pick up and drop off key at their office. Would come again.
Beautiful views! Has everything you need for a long stay. I will say the bed was a little uncomfortable for two people but everything else went well. Kitchen was fully stocked. Quiet neighborhood. They were quick to respond and fix an issue with the bathroom. Loved the communication. Did I mention the views!?

The views are spectacular -- the windows look right onto Longs Peak. It feels like it's outside town and is almost in RMNP. It's a pleasant, comfortable place to stay. As the listing notes, 4WD / AWD may be necessary if there's snow.

Great spot just minutes from Rocky Mountain entrance. Ample space for two to recoup from a day of hiking or to hide from storms. Loved this cabin and the amenities. As others have stated, take stock of kitchen staples to see what is needed for your stay. We will be back for sure!
This is a very nice cabin with a beautiful view and terrific access to RMP. The cabin has what seems to be a complete interior update and is comfortable and charming. We enjoyed our stay in October.
My wife and I rented this cabin for our trip to Rocky Mountain National Park. This is a great little cabin. It is only a couple of minutes from the entrance to RMNP. This I believe is the best entrance to enter the park because of its access to Bear Lake Road. The view of the mountains from the front door of this cabin is spectacular. The cabin was very clean and comfortable. It had full cable TV, not just some limited streaming service. We would definitely rent this cabin again.
The cabin was perfect, it was great location about 10 minutes from everything. We arrived at night and it was a bit difficult to find, we had to get out of the car and walk to it. It was very easy to find during the day. Would definitely stay again.
Our trip to Estes Park was all about hiking and this cabin was the perfect place, so close to the RMNP entrance and several good restaurants just down the hill. The cabin was clean, kitchen well equipped, views from the deck were beautiful. I highly recommend and would book again.

Great views from a cozy unit among a collection of other small cabins. Bring your own knives if you’re cooking! Also, it seemed the owner lives next door and was showing maintenance people around the outside of the unit including conversations outside the bedroom windows while we were in bed - be aware if you don’t wear PJs!
