Cancellation Policy
In the event that the Tenant cancels the reservation for any reason, a 5% cancellation fee will be charged. If the cancellation occurs less than sixty (60) days before Check-In Date, all monies paid by Tenant will be forfeited if the Rental Property is not re-rented by the Check-In Date. Ponderosa Realty will make all reasonable efforts to re-rent the Property by the Check-In Date.
Deposit Policy
50% payment is due at the time of booking, if booked 60 days or more from check-in date. 100% payment is required for reservations booked less than 60 days from the check-in date.
The balance of the total cost is due 60 days before check in occurs.
Rate varies due to seasonality and holidays. Please select your dates on our online booking calendar for an exact quote.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this mountain condo. It was super comfortable and accommodating for our family of four. Check in and check out was super quick and easy, and the host was quick to respond to questions. Views of the Twin Sisters and a bit of Lake Estes could be seen from the balcony, and we enjoyed frequent visits from hummingbirds.
There was plenty of fans to bring in the cool mountain air and we were very comfortable without air conditioning even in the middle of August.
There is a nice, new set of nonstick pans in the kitchen, although they tend to slide off the burners as they heat up.

Views were spectacular, although that's pretty easy to pull off in Estes. Check-in clerk was quite rude. The condo was clean on the surface, but any deeper look showed that the cleaning staff didn't do a thorough job. The beds were awful. One queen which is a matress we've never encountered before and sleeping with 2 people was nigh impossible unless you enjoy sleeping with your body bent into an angle greater than 180 degrees, and the other full was from the 70s. Pile up all the blankets in the condo on the floor upstairs to have the best experience.

The location is great, it offers a half decent view of the surrounding mountains, and the value proposition is not bad. But I cannot recommend the place beyond that. The condo was quite old, unclean and dimly lit, and the bed mattresses in both bedrooms were very lumpy. The vacuum was clogged and very smelly, which made cleaning up a hard process. The shower head leaked on use. And a couple of the rental policies rubbed me a bit wrongly, like offering only one roll of toilet paper and one set of towels. Providing more of each would cost pennies on the dollar. It just sends a wrong message, that the realtor company doesn't care. This perception is confirmed by the realtor's questionable reputation on Google. If I could do it again, I would have chosen another option had I not planned as late as I did.

My wife and I stayed 1 week in late Aug/early Sep 2021. We have rented many Airbnb places the last few years and this was very good. Large apartment on 2 levels. Good location to RMNP. Easy parking. Check-in and check-out process was stress free. Nearby pizza restaurant was convenient.
Kitchen and eating area were adequate. No major issues. Some furniture and carpet is worn, but not an issue for weekly rental. We would stay here again.

We love the condo's location. It is nearby Estes lake. After whole day hikes in RMNP, walking along the beautiful Estes Lake was very soothing experience. The balcony view of mountains is also great. The kitchen is fully loaded. I'm especially impressed by the condo's management. Ponderosa Realty is willing to go extra miles to provide helps in need.

We’ve truly enjoyed our stay here! It is the perfect location if you are planning on hiking at Rocky Mountain National Park as it is seriously nearby. Communication during check-in and during our stay was on point and if we needed something, they timely brought it to the unit or we pass by (they’re across the road) on the way back from activities of the day. Will definitely rebook when we go back to CO.
