Estes Views Cabin - Cabin with huges views and a hot tub

Wonderful place! Really awesome views, super close to the park. Peaceful and secluded up on the hill. Loved the hot tub!! You definitely need 4-wheel/all-wheel drive, the driveway is quite rocky. We had an amazing trip!!

I loved the views from this cabin. The cabin was very clean and very well stocked. The check-in and checkout instructions were clear, great surroundings. It is very well equipped. Flexible check in and out. I appreciated that. The furniture is very comfortable, especially the armchair. The only thing I wish was better were the firm mattresses. Fix is to spread some blankets underneath the fitted sheet. I highly recommend this cabin and this host.

We were on a bind and had to adjust our stay the day before we arrived due to issues at the original place we booked. Jessica was very helpful in providing options for a new location. Luckily it was winter and not peak season so we had some options.

Amazingly beautiful spot, with a wonderful staff. Hot tub was great, though it only stayed warm for ~an hour… likely more so due to the fact it was about 5 degrees out… overall 5 stars all around!

We enjoyed the cabin and it's amenities. the road was a little rough, but not terrible. The view was wonderful and it is a short drive down to town. Bring extra blankets for added warmth.

This is the third time we have stayed in this cabin, once almost 20 years ago before Ponderosa owned it and then twice in the last two years, it is everything you want in a mountain cabin, very cozy, amazing Mountain views and sitting by the fireplace
is always one of the highlights of our trip. It was a little cold outside for us to use the hot tub, but it was sparkling clean and hoping to use it next year.

The view from the hot tub is awesome and worth every penny! This place has everything you need. I would 100% book this place the next time we visit Estas.. You definitely need a vehicle with high clearance for the driveway…

The pictures don’t do this cabin justice. The view is spectacular and the cabin had everything we needed. Lots of wildlife as well . We will definitely be back. We had no issues with the driveway either .

Great clean cabin to stay in. We aren’t fancy people and didn’t need a super fancy cabin for our stay. It was very comfortable and out of the way from crowds which is exactly what we wanted. It was very private and a relaxing stay.

Great views from many windows and two decks. Highly recommended. Be aware that the driveway is very rough and may require a relatively high clearance vehicle.

Had an amazing stay! The views were next to none and it would be difficult to find somewhere like it in town. Pretty close to downtown Estes Park, though not necessarily walking distance. Also very close to many RMNP trailheads which is great if you love hiking as much as my girlfriend and I. Former reviews about the driveway are correct.. it is very rocky and steep so definitely get a high clearance car (AWD/4x4 if you can)! It was nice to spend time in the hot tub after a tough hike.. and it had the best views of any hot tub I personally have ever spent time in. Also very clean! Nice kitchen for home cooked meals and a comfy cabin vibe. We very much recommend this stay and will be looking for this exact spot when we visit in the future.

The view was absolutely worth it. Through the living room, dining room, and kitchen you see a wondeful mountain scape with deer, chipmunks, rabbits, and birds around the cabin. The driveway is gravel so all wheel drive is recommended. The cabin is small and rustic but it has a well stocked kitchen with a Greta porch and hot tub. It's quick to downtown estes and to the national park.

Our stay at the cabin was perfect. So peaceful, amazing views, and lots of wildlife right outside the cabin. It was in a great location in terms of going into Rock Mountain National Park and hanging out in downtown Estes Park. The only thing that was difficult at all was the steep gravel driveway to get up to the cabin. I have a tiny car and it was a struggle to get up. We managed to get up and down, just had to be very careful. Other than that, our stay was fantastic and I would stay here again.

The cabin was nice with great views and I loved how private it was. Coming in, we felt that it had an unpleasant smell. The next morning, we noticed the water heater split and water got all over hallway. We called and eventually got them to come out and look at it. They told us we would not be able to stay because it was broken. Luckily, they immediately got us a new property during our stay with all the amenities we had. It was beautiful and very nice. I am grateful for their quick replacement and communication throughout this ordeal.

Pictures don’t do this cabin justice. The Mountain View from the whole cabin and especially the outdoor deck/hot tub is AMAZING. Super private and the road wasn’t sketchy to drive up. Would 100% come back. Also driving into town was always like 5-10 minutes away.

We had a wonderful stay! The views are just breathtaking. The only negatives would be the driveway…it is very rough, and the beds were super uncomfortable. We only stayed two nights, had we stayed any longer the beds would have been an issue. None of us slept well at all because the beds were so hard and uncomfortable. But it really is a cute cabin, lots of wildlife coming right up in the yard, and the hot tub was great! Very clean!

We enjoyed our stay at the cabin. We brought plenty of firewood which was a necessity due to the cold, snowy, and windy weather during our stay. The cabin was peaceful and the view of Estes was incredible. We would definitely stay here again.

I can't say enough good about our stay at this Airbnb! Firstly, the space is in an absolutely beautiful setting! It is private and the view can't be beat. The cottage has personality galore! They've done such a great job with the small touches - decorating and pictures that make it burst with personality! The kitchen is one of the best-appointed kitchens we've ever had at an Airbnb! The cottage is old, but they've done a good job of updating it and making the old and new work together. We LOVED sitting in the hot tub and overlooking the Estes Park valley and into RMNP. The beds are a little hard so be aware. Take the driveway slowly and you should be fine, but I can see where a high-clearance vehicle might be good. The only thing I would comment on that's not 5 stars is that the 2 space heaters couldn't keep the living space warm when it got really cold (there was an unusual wind storm). I guess there are more space heaters we didn't see. We're hoping to visit again!

We came up a day early so the cleaning from the previous guest was not done, however staff from Ponderosa asked if we wanted it done, but we declined as we were settled in already. However, we ended up getting stuck there due to heavy snow, and staff was very attentive to contact me and find individuals to help dig us out!

The view was amazing and worth the price alone. But the cabin was pretty outdated and not the most comfortable spaces to relax. The living room tv did not work, and the hot tub was a little dirty. Since we stayed on the weekend the reality company was closed and no one responded to our messages. We called once and messaged twice but did not get a response. Overall we enjoyed our stay, but there were a couple of things that could have been better. Recommend an SUV for driving to the cabin.

First thought that came to mind when I pulled into the driveway and got out of our vehicle was.. WOW. The views were spectacular and well worth the little bit of trouble we had finding the place. It was a cute cabin located in a quiet area with breathtaking views from not only the hot tub, but from most windows in the place. Check in was a tad confusing . They had left a key for me in the lockbox but I wasn't given a code in any of my communications. I called the emergency number on the door and Chris answered right away and walked me through opening the lockbox. He was very helpful and gave some great recommendations of places to eat in the area. When we first drove to the cabin we followed GPS and also had directions from the company. Neither were very clear about exactly where the cabin was. We got to the general area relatively easily but the driveway was not marked with the address and it sits well off the road. An all wheel drive car is a good idea. Will stay here again.

The cabin exceeded my expectations. would highly reccomend staying here. If you want a view at your stay, look no further.

Just make sure not to mix up the remotes for the tv you will have a hard time ?

Great place with stunning views. Instructions to find the place were easy. The kitchen is stocked with all the tools you need. The house itself looks very cozy. The hot tub was an awesome feature and positioned for incredible views. It’s very close to downtown but far enough to feel private.
Our only knock on the place was the heating system is not good (it was ~49 degrees inside the first night we stayed) and we couldn’t use the fireplace the first night since there were no fireplace tools provided so we were very cold. The next day they provided 2 space heaters but we had to buy enough firewood to last the duration of our stay to get the living room above 60 degrees. If you plan to stay in the winter I would plan to use the fireplace extensively and budget that into your trip.

This cabin was amazing! With the private setting, stunning views throughout, wildlife all around and cabin aesthetic … this place was everything we needed and more! Hot tub was fantastic, with views that will blow you away! 10/10 recommend, will be back!

We stayed in this cabin 18 years ago before Ponderosa Realty owned it, we were so excited to find it again on Airbnb, everything was as amazing as we remembered it! A very cozy cabin with one of the best views you'll ever see in your life. The only reason we rated cleanliness 4 stars instead of 5 is because the hot tub was not cleaned prior to us checking in so there was a ton of pinecones and debris in it, so we were not able to use it, which was very disappointing (to be fair, we also could have probably called the rental company to have them come out and clean it but we did not).
