Absolutely beautiful home with plenty of space, access to the river, and a nice, clean hot tub. Can’t wait to stay again!!

Great location on the river and near downtown. The hot tub on the deck was a great way to relax after a day of hiking.

Cabin was perfect for our stay - close to RMNP, downtown Estes, and the hot tub & sound of the river were great to come home to after a day of being on the trails with two little kids.

The property was at great location and very convenient if you are planning to visit rockies. However, the cleaning was not upto the mark, we saw couple of bugs in the house, hot tub cover was broken and hot tub was dirty, there were empty toiletries in the bathroom.

It was what we were looking for, a home to accommodate our daughter and grandson in a way we could all be together and sleep comfortably.
We enjoyed walking in the morning to get cinnamon rolls. Everything else, you need a car or can take the shuttle.
Loved the fireplace and the River.

The views were fantastic and easy to get to and from park and town. The house was not very clean. There was a bad oder in the disposal and many of the pots and pans in the drawers were dirty. The deck is pretty but covered in pine needles and spider webs. The hot tub was unusable. The cover was fully damaged and the inside was murky green and full of debris. There was not enough toilet paper and had no dishwasher soap or dishrags available.

Wonderful cabin in a great location! It was easy to find and close to all of the spots we wanted to visit. Nice to be able to run down to get cinnamon rolls from the bakery in the morning. Check in was easy and it was nice to use a keypad to get into the house instead of trying to keep track of a key. We didn't use the fireplace, but it looked lovely. A bit outdated, but it added to the charm and was as described in the photos and the description. Will be back!

Great location on the Fall River!
Check in was at 3, but they weren't done cleaning the house until 3:45. It was nice to sit on the patio and enjoy the river, but every chair on the patio was broken. Yes, in the mountains it's nice to disconnect, but if you are needing to do work and use the wifi, you are better off going to McDonald's or Starbucks in town.

Wonderful, perfect, beautiful. What else can I say? If you want a great, quiet, lovely spot in the Colorado mountains, with a river out the back door, you will not do any better than this! Big enough for the family, and has everything you need.

I’d definitely stay here again! Very clean and lots of space. The view is beautiful and the area is quiet. It has everything you need for a group to stay here and enough sleeping space. It’s not far from town and activities around.

The cabin is amazing. My family and i stayed over the weekend and we absolutely loved it. Just wished we had more time to spend in the cabin. The creek behind the house and the view of the mountain made morning coffees extra special. We saw elks one night and turkeys in the morning, that was really awesome. Will definitely book again if we're back in Estes Park.

Great location, close to town but you felt like you were in the mountains at a private cabin. The interior is a bit dark, but overall we loved it and had a wonderful time.

The location of this cabin is truly amazing! Beautiful river frontage with lots of trees, loads of hummingbirds, and very quiet. We loved the outside deck area and were able to use the hot tub one night during our busy 3 night stay for our daughter's wedding. The bathrooms are a little outdated but perfectly functional. I would definitely recommend this cabin to potential renters.

Truly a fabulous location right on the river and close to both RMNP and downtown Estes Park. We saw all sorts of wildlife, including elk, deer, and turkeys, from the comfort of the hot tub on the deck and the great room, with its incredible fireplace (just be sure to bring your own firewood and lighter as none is provided). Falling short of our expectations were the mismatched towels, plates, and other bathroom and kitchen amenities which seem like they are decades old and worn. A few modest investments along these lines would really make this place feel less dated. This place is managed by a real estate company who was responsive to our messages during business hours, but a little bit more hospitality would have gone a long way to make us feel at home.

This place was wonderful! We had a wonderful time at this cabin! They even had the hot tub on and hot for us when we got there!! We were able to park our car in the garage. The house was not on the main road but just off the main road and easy to find! Everything was clean. My only thing was the one room we were in was a bit cold at night. The first night is was 18° outside... so then we figured out if we have the fire on and cranked up the heat before we went to bed that the room was not as cold through the night. My husband and i actually like it cold at night but it only was a semi issue because we had my 1 year old in the room with us. I would 100% rent this place again! Love love loved it!!

Beautiful house right on the river managed by a real estate company. The elk came by several times as well as wild turkeys. Extremely convenient to the park but probably a tad too far to walk to town. We really enjoyed our stay.

I recommend bringing, your own TP, towels, soap, definitely anything you need to cook with, tin foil, etc. They are not well stocked and have the most basic everything. Bring your own sheets if you want to be sure they are clean. Bring your own firewood for use in the amazing fireplace. This is a gorgeous cabin and I would return with the expectation of a truly rustic experience. I believe other reviewers noted this as well. Enjoy the location and large living space, the patio and river views.
