Bear Tree Cabin - 4 bedroom home - walk to town

Check in and check out were flexible, place was perfect for our group size, everything went smoothly and we had a great stay!

This is a great space for a gathering of eight people. Plenty of space to spread out and a nice kitchen for cooking with loads of utensils and cooking equipment! Easy access to downtown Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park. My family and I loved it!

You cannot beat this location! An easy drive to RMNP and a short, easy walk to the shops and restaurants in downtown Estes. A nicely spacious home that comfortably fit 8 adults. The kitchen made it possible for us to buy groceries and eat breakfast and lunch there. The outside patio was so pleasant. Would recommend!

The neighbors were very close by but I loved how close the home was to town. Could walk to shops/restaurants/grocery store which was great! The kitchen is small but we never cooked so wasn't a problem. Lovely porch which we used frequently. Comfy beds. The location was perfect!

Great stay in Estes Park! It was located a few blocks from downtown, our kids (9 &12) were able to scooter all around the main “drag” in the mornings before businesses opened, after 10am there’s too much foot traffic. Located 5 min from the lumpy ridge trailhead, so we easily beat the crowds for morning hikes in that area. 15-20 min drive to Bear Lake entrance of RMNP. Well stocked kitchen with spices, oil, flour, etc. Toiletries provided in all the bathrooms. Perfectly laid out for our family of four and grandparents who were able to stay in the main level bedroom and have access to the main level bathroom. The parking is tight for 2 cars (we had an outback and RAV4) that just fit without having to be on the lawn. Only suggestion would be for a keyless entry.

This place was so cozy and cute. It accommodated our family easily. We all had plenty of room to sleep, slept 8 of us in beds. It was walking distance to the Main Street, and was easy to find while driving in. Very mountainous, cute and clean cabin. Would definitely stay here again.

Ponderosa Realty handed us the house keys in person when we visited their office, separate from the house location. They provided printed instructions for navigation, conduct, and help. The house was in a prime location near downtown Estes Park, CO; clean, quiet, and spacious. Check-out was simple: strip the beds, take our trash to the dumpster, and drop the keys through the office slot.

The cabin was exactly as we expected from the photos and description. Great location, comfortable home away from home. Would stay here again!

This was a great stay for our four adults and two kids. Easy walk into town and a great view from the deck. We will definitely be back!

This is a fantastic place to stay. The ability to get keys and do business was super convenient. The house is located in a beautiful neighborhood and quiet group of other cabins. The closeness to the town was within walking or riding bikes.

What a fabulous house and only a few steps into town. The house has everything you would possibly need while vacationing in Estes Park. Comfortable beds after hiking all day. Can’t wait to stay there again

We stayed at the Bear Cabin recently for a family trip to Estes park. The location was perfect, we walked into town multiple times a day and perfect for a child still in a stroller. The layout was great, lower level was absolutely perfect for a toddler who goes to bed early and the rest of the house didn’t have to worry about being silent!
The kitchen was thoughtfully stocked, outdoor grill worked so easily and the morning coffee on the back porch while looking up at the mountains could not be beat! We would absolutely recommend this location and would love the chance to stay again.

Great place in town. You can walk to everything. Wonderful deck, great views, and ample inside space. The two indoor living areas make it great for kids.

All good, very close to town shops. Master bedroom is a loft, not much privacy but still nice. Good beds, kitchen well stocked.

Bear Tree Cabin was the perfect spot for our extended family for a long weekend. Ages <2 through 60+ had a fantastic time. Views from the deck we're lovely (bonus points for the mid-May snow storm adding ambience). Tons of toys were available for kids to play with which was an added bonus. Well appointed... toiletries, laundry, the works. Easy walk to town or to the Stanley. Would 100% rent again if ever in the area.

This cabin was perfect for our family vacation! It was great to have a bathroom on each floor, and the kitchen was well stocked with the basics for cooking. The cabin was peaceful, and the location was great for walking to downtown and driving to Rocky Mountain National Park.

Perfect Estes Park house! The house is beautiful, spacious, just a couple blocks away from everything Estes Park has to offer, and a quick drive from the park entrance. The two living spaces were really nice, as were the multiple bedrooms and three full bathrooms. We also really enjoyed eating outside on the patio. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great location! Cute cabin! We heard the elk buggling and in moments saw a herd of them outside this property. A great experience!

Great space that can houses 3 couples and a few others. With 3 queen beds, a pair of twin beds and a slew of couches and chairs, I can't recommend this enough to groups of friends. Kitted with everything you will need to enjoy yourselves whether you stay in or venture out.

This beautiful mountain home was amazing ! So nicely decorated and convenient. Stocked with everything you could possibly need, we were pleasantly surprised. So comfy and luxurious. And those views! This place had it all. Will definitely stay here again.

Bear tree home is fantastic! Lots of room for 6-8 adults. We all felt at home here & everything met our needs. Close to everything. We walked downtown several time fir shopping and eating. We really enjoyed the deck area and fresh mountain air. We were a bit concerned when we read there was no ac but we didn't need it except in the loft and the small ac kept the loft very comfortable as needed. We would definitely stay here again.

The perfect location. We walked to the shops and restaurants daily. The house is beautiful with everything you could need. We even saw a big buck walking around the cabins which was so fun for the kids to see. Would definitely stay here again. Very family friendly cabin. The basement is like a deluxe apartment in itself!
