Property was very nice. We arrived after dark so it was a bit confusing to find the unit in the dark. Once inside, a little smaller than we envisioned but decent for the two of us.
Super convenient to RMNP - less than a ten minute drive. And once you’re in the park, wow, it’s a beautiful place to be.
Realize that the rental is leased out by a property manager and if you’re looking for immediate response and it is after office hours forget it. They’ll respond in the morning. This happened twice and I guess it’s okay, just not going to get an owner response in five minutes.
Overall, a nice unit conveniently located for the NP area.

Couldn’t even stay due to the dirty environment. Zero privacy with neighbors literally staring through the front window. Carpet was filthy and had a noticeable mildew smell. Was forced to sleep in the bed for the first night but made sure we were completely clothed. Had to find a new place to stay and eat the cost of this expensive dump.

I'm sorry you felt this way about the condo. We haven't had complaints yet this year about any of the things you mention. We never tried to portray the condo as being very private, which is why the lead picture is of the whole building. This is the first I am hearing of any smells in the condo or any issues with the cleaning. I will take care of the carpet and go by the condo to investigate the smell. Thank you for the feed back.

Baker Mountain Condo has a nice partially obstructed view of the mountains. It was clean and had a comfy bed. It does not have an over but a toaster oven was provided. It also only has a dorm sized fridge. It has two small metal chairs and a small table on the deck. We enjoyed sitting outside admiring the view and having meals. Estes Park is a beautiful place to visit.

The picutre is a bit deceptive, as it appears the location is secluded but it's next to others just like it. The view from the patio is of other condos, though you can see the mountains over the top of them. The place was clean and comfortable. We spent little time there - mainly just to sleep. The place was missing a few small amenities but the company was very responsive to help solve.

Only a few minutes from downtown Estes Park. And also close to the Beaver Meadows entrance to the park.
